Then, once they have replied with the data, you need to be able to check they have sent you the appropriate information.
Lastly you will need to record the information they have provided in a form that is convenient.
With Live Mail you can simply create a form to be filled in.
This form is emailed to your client, who, after simply filling in the requested fields clicks a button to send the data back to you.
You will receive the reply in an email clearly laid out for you to check. An optional extra will be a simple link that you may select to update your own local database.
